Rules and Regulations:
Each team will be given a product to market & enact an impromptu Ad.
1. 4 members in a team.
2. The ad should show its target segment and positioning in the market.
3. Teams will be judged on the marketing concepts and the strategy used in the ad.
4. Time duration:5 mins per team on stage+ 10 min for preparation

GAME: BEST MANAGER
Rules:
1. This is an individual event.
2. This event will last for about 6 to 7 hours on 6th March.
3. The idea is to test the student's overall business knowledge and performance under pressure.
4. We will evaluate various skills including (and not restricted to) presentation skills, analytical abilities, creative skills etc.
5. Prize money Rs.5000.

GAME: FOREIGN EXCHANGE GAME
Rules and Regulations
Teams need not bring a laptop as we will use the lab.
- Each team should comprise of 3 members.
- Each team should provide their team name to the game masters.
- Each must elect a coordinator who would be the point of contact for all further communication.
- Teams will be dealing with the following currencies – USD, GBP, EURO, YEN, AUD, INR.
- Each team will start with a corpus of Rs 20 Crores.
- Teams need to form a portfolio of currencies using any of the above currencies.
- The exchange rates for every session will be provided by the game masters and these rates will remain the same for the entire session.
- Both Direct and Indirect rates will be provided to the teams. Teams are encouraged to prepare an excel sheet with the conversion formulas for ease of conversion.
- The schedule for the trading session will be provided to the teams at the beginning of the game.
- There will be 25 transactions available per session per team.
- All teams must submit the record of their transactions for the session to the game masters at the end of every session. The template will be provided by the game masters.
- The game masters would be providing all the information in regards to using the excel template before the beginning of the game. No queries regarding the same would be entertained once the game begins.
- If at any point a team enters an incorrect transaction, all transactions post that mistake would be disqualified and teams would have to restart from their previous correct transaction.
- Teams will be dealing in SPOT transactions only.
- Teams are encouraged to undertake Triangular Arbitrage.
- The game masters will evaluate the position of each team at the end of every session. At the end of the last session the entire portfolio of each team would be converted into INR terms at the going exchange rates.
- The team having the highest “Value of Portfolio” at the end of the game will be declared as the winner.
